The last thing you want to hear when you have put your trust in your solicitor, is that they have messed up your claim.  You only have 3 years from the date of your injury to pursue your personal injury claim and you will not want to hear that your claim is being abandoned with only a few weeks left to go.

This is something that we see a lot, a solicitor or claims firm taking on a case where they don’t have any expertise in a particular area, for example medical negligence claims; clinical claims are very complicated and require experienced legal experts.  Some firms just don’t have this level of highly skilled lawyers and advocates and that is when problems become apparent.   Often though, the cases drift along until it is almost too late to do anything about it, and you will have lost your entitlement to make a claim.
